U.S.-China Forum on Arts & Culture

The Forum commenced on November 16, 2011 with a grand banquet hosted by US Ambassador to China, the Honorable Gary Locke, featuring a culinary collaboration between Chinese organic farmers and celebrated chef Alice Waters, a pioneer in America’s sustainable food movement.

Below watch the highlights:

Seeing is believing

There were few moments like Lil Buck jooking across the stage unannounced, improvised and totally unchoreographed while Yo-Yo Ma and team played the finale. The audience, especially the senior Chinese officials were heart-melted. You could see the genuine endorsement from their unguarded smiles.
