We have been in the content and storytelling business for quite a bit. We are forming a new perspective, that we are in the feelings business. We want our content to make people feel something, and have such strong feelings that it makes them act and advocate. This is all qualitative, not quantitative. It’s binary. Either the stories work or they don’t. Either they get remembered and acted upon, or they don’t. We even wanted to develop a tears index for our stories, but we decided we'd rather not (as it can get a bit too cheesy). We will let our viewers be the judge...
