# Apple's Good Old Ads

You've seen the widely criticized [iPad Pro (M4) ad](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ntjkwIXWtrc) that doubles as a music instrument and creative tool crushing porn. \[If the link doesn't work, it means Apple has taken it down from their YouTube channel.\]

I don't want to waste everybody's time offering additional critique. But I do want to remind myself, and you all, that Apple did some pretty great ads in the past. Here are some of my favorites below, and you can watch the [1984 here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtvjbmoDx-I).

This one is an elegant slideshow of motion typography:

This is a cool, hippy spot for iPhone 15 Plus:

Last but not least, here's a really sarcastic ad, not made by Apple, of the tallest iPhone since iPhone.
